Priority mail shipping within the U.S. is $19.95
Priority mail shipping to Canada is $67
-Free shipping over 500$ only within the U.S.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification of your tracking number.
SALES TAX & CUSTOMS DUTY
Sales tax is automatically calculated depending on your state or country via check out.
Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.
Once your package arrives at the shipping facility/warehouse, VOYETTÉ will not be responsible for any shipping delays or for any lost packages during transit. The average shipping time is between 2-3 business days, however, there is no guarantee due to certain circumstances or mishaps that may occur within the postal service.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds but you are entitled to an exchange. All items labeled SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged nor returned. (Including promo offers)
All other regular priced items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available.

Return your items to the address below within 5 days from the day you received your package. Please complete the return form that you will find in the box with your orders number and name following the instructions.

Customers are held responsible for all shipping fees.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing an order. Once an item has shipped, the order can not be canceled.
Returns will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
We recommend sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our returns address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our returns address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, VOYETTÉ will not be held accountable for any losses.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Tags must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
-Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment
-Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, etc.) received with the order.
-In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact Us through our CONTACT FORM. VOYETTÉ reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return& exchange.
-VOYETTÉ reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. Shipping costs will be charged to the Client.
-In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, VOYETTÉ reserves the right to refuse returns.
